ROTC students are not authorized to register for the stole unless they have a prior service record. Veterans will be recognized at the Undergraduate University Commencement Ceremony and are encouraged to attend and be recognized there as well.
The suggested attire is business casual. There is no cost to attend.

What is the difference between commencement and convocation?
During the University’s graduate commencement, President Crow confers degrees upon all ASU graduate students (master’s and doctoral candidates). Doctoral students are hooded on the floor before walking onto stage. You must participate in commencement during the semester you apply to graduate.
