Ceremonies rely on Volunteers!

If you are affiliated with a specific college and would like to volunteer for your college convocation event, please send your request to your college convocation coordinator.

All other members of the university community, please send your request to volunteer for University Undergraduate or Graduate Commencement to commence@asu.edu.

Volunteer areas include:

• Banner carriers
• Student seating coordinators
• Faculty line-up
• Student line up
• Procession Line Leaders
• Information officers
• General greeters

If you have a particular area of interest or if you have a volunteer assignment you would like to assist with that is not listed here, please let us know.
