Registrations for the Hispanic Convocation ceremony will be conducted online via MyASU.

Professional Photographs: The Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law will have a photographer at the Convocation to take pictures of graduates.
On the day of the ceremony, all graduates must report to the Southeast gates of Sun Devils Stadium in Tempe no later than 8:45 am to be checked in. From there, graduates will proceed to the lower west gate of Desert Financial Arena to be seated. Please note that graduates will take stairs to go down from the platform. Shoe selection should reflect that fact. The day of Convocation, doors on the upper concourses will open for guests at Desert Financial Arena in Tempe at 8:00 am. The ceremony will begin at 9:00 am and is expected to last approximately 90 minutes. No tickets are required.
Disabled seating in Desert Financial Arena is located on the interior concourse level of the arena. To assure disabled seating for all who need to be accommodated, we ask that other guests be seated in the rows directly in front of the disabled seating areas. We recommend that disabled guests arrive promptly at least one hour before the ceremony to reserve one of these spaces in the arena. We cannot reserve these spaces in advance, but the arena staff would be glad to assist you when you arrive to best accommodate your needs.
The School of Sustainability Convocation is an exclusive ceremony that individually recognizes undergraduate and graduate candidates from the School of Sustainability. Graduates’ names are read as they cross the stage to receive personal congratulations from the School of Sustainability administration, faculty, staff and family.
